The park is open to the public from 10:00 to 18:30, the lifts close at 18:15. We inform our guests that to allow the attraction to close within the Park closing time, access to the queue may be closed early.
We recommend that you follow the rules given at the entrance to each facility and scrupulously observe the instructions of the personnel assigned to the individual attractions.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for hire. The cost is 5 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella (in the low season months of June and July), it is 7 euros in high season (August). It is not possible to rent a single sunbed or two sun loungers without an umbrella. In this regard, there are no seasonal passes.
On days with gusts of wind, to safeguard the safety of the Park guests, the umbrellas must be closed.
In the event of particularly adverse weather conditions, the Management reserves the right to close the Park at any time, without having to refund visitors.
In the event of the sudden breakdown of an attraction, tickets will not be refunded.
Children from 100 to 140 cm in height can only use the slides allowed for them.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents and / or carers.
Pregnant women can access Aquafan at a reduced price and have at their disposal Fiume Lento, Piscina Onde, Poseidon and the areas of the children's pools (Arca Beach, Antarctic Beach and the Elephant Pool), having to avoid the other attractions .
People with cast limbs, rigid bandages and / or braces are not allowed to use the park attractions. At their disposal there are Pool Onde and Poseidon. They can access Aquafan at a reduced price.
Lockers are available for hire inside the Park at a price of 4.00 euros, upon presentation of a 10.00 euros deposit. The Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the lockers.
Safety deposit boxes are available until exhaustion at the Park Information Office, at a price of € 8.00.
To take advantage of the "Second Day" promotion at a cost of 6 euros, it is necessary to go to the internal information office on the first day of the Park visit by 6:00 pm: on that occasion, presenting the ticket of the day, you will be taken a photo to apply on the entrance ticket. In this way the ticket with the photo applied will then be valid by presenting it at the entrance during your visit for the second day.

- Running or playing dangerous games for the safety of others
- Dive into any swimming pool
- Get off the slides wearing glasses or jewelry of any kind
- Introduce animals
