All the Rules

The park is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the facilities closing at 6:15 p.m. However, to allow for the attraction to close before the park's closing time, queues may be closed early. On July 9th and 23rd, and August 6th and 20th, the park opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m., with slides open until 10:30 p.m.

We recommend that you follow the rules posted at the entrance to each facility and carefully follow the instructions of the staff in charge of the individual attractions.

Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for rental. The cost is €6 for two sunbeds and an umbrella (low season, June and September), and €8 in high season (July and August). Rental of a single sunbed or two sunbeds without an umbrella is not possible. Season passes are not available.

On days with strong winds, to ensure the safety of park guests, umbrellas must be closed.

In case of particularly adverse weather conditions, the Management reserves the right to close the Park at any time, without owing any refund to visitors.

In the event of sudden breakdowns of the attractions, ticket refunds are not provided.

The Fiume Rapido attraction is always closed in June and September.

Daily entertainment is only available in July and August.

Children between 100 and 140 cm tall may only use the slides designated for them. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents and/or guardians.

Pregnant women can access Aquafan at a reduced price and have access to the Slow River, Wave Pool, Poseidon, and the children's pool areas (Arca Beach, Antarctic Beach, and the Elephant Pool), but must avoid the other attractions.

People with limbs in casts, rigid bandages, and/or splints are not permitted to use the park's attractions. The Wave Pool and Poseidon are available to them. They can access Aquafan at a reduced price, provided they specify this at checkout.

Lockers and changing rooms are located at the beginning of the main avenue on the left. Most lockers are electronic. There are also lockers with keys that are provided along with a bracelet to keep on your wrist, so you can keep them with you at all times and avoid losing them during your day in the park. The cost of this service is €5.00 with a €10.00 deposit.
For those who want even more security, you can deposit your valuables at the Information Point inside the park for just €8.00. Park staff will store your items in branded and sealed bags.

To take advantage of the "Second Day" promotion for €8, you must go to the Information Office by 6:00 PM on your first day of visit to the Park. Upon presentation of your day's ticket, a photo will be taken and affixed to your entrance ticket. This will ensure that your ticket with the attached photo will be valid upon presentation at the entrance during your visit on the second day. It is non-refundable.

To film on the attractions, it is mandatory to wear only an action camera with a harness. Only in exceptional circumstances (park guests accompanied by staff) may filming with other equipment be performed.
