The general conditions described below regulate the relationships between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as Costa), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

With the aim of guaranteeing everyone the opportunity to enjoy the best experience of visiting our facilities, we have adopted the following good practices:

Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by Costa aims to provide information relating to Aquafan entrances as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase entrance tickets for Aquafan. This service is provided through the website www.aquafan.it
Art. 2 – HOW TO RESERVE AND PURCHASE TICKETS
To book and purchase tickets, you must complete the online form prepared by Costa in all its mandatory parts. We kindly ask you to read the provisions to protect your privacy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is completed by completing the form and making the payment. You can purchase multiple tickets with a single transaction.
Art. 3 – TICKET PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by VISA, Master Card, Postepay and Paypal credit card following the provisions illustrated in the procedures described online.
Art. 4 – METHOD OF ACQUIRING TICKETS
At the end of the payment by credit card, an order confirmation email will be sent with the "Order confirmation with ticket attached" valid for access to Aquafan.
Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
The prices and validity of Aquafan tickets are specified during the purchase procedure. Aquafan's ticket sales system uses a platform whose peculiarity consists in making the access prices to the structure dynamic.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase procedure undergo a change in face value, at the sole discretion of Costa, according to some variables: high/low season period, entry time slot, climatic conditions by way of example and not exhaustively.
OPEN tickets “are valid for the season in which the ticket was purchased” and will have a unique and defined value. They will not undergo price variations based on the variables defined above, except for periodic variations in the price list.
Art. 6 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF TICKET AND REQUEST FOR REFUND
The
FIXED DATE online ticket is not refundable in any way. The date can be changed by joining the SAVE THE FUN promotion. Find out on

The
OPEN ticket like the
FIXED DATE is non-refundable.
Art. 7 – RESPECT FOR THE AQUAFAN ENTRY DATE
The date chosen for the visit to Aquafan must be respected. It will therefore not be possible to access Aquafan on a date other than that indicated on the ticket itself unless you join the Save The Fun operation;

Art. 8 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION OF BELONGING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding what has been said regarding jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a use that can be considered outside his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") may invoke the laws in force in the country in which where he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and our services must be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Riccione. Notwithstanding the jurisdiction clause above, a consumer can also bring a complaint in a court of the country in which he is domiciled, while a complaint against a consumer can only be brought before the courts of the country in which he is domiciled. For consumers in the European Economic Area: If you have any complaints, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service. If the matter is not resolved, you can send your complaint via the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at this address:

The translated version is unofficial and for purely illustrative purposes, therefore it has no legal value. In the event of disputes or inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English text and the translations into other languages of these Terms and Conditions, the English text will prevail and will be the final version. The English text is available on our Platform (by selecting the English language) or will be sent upon written request.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, becomes invalid, or becomes non-binding, you will continue to comply with all other provisions set out herein. In this case we will replace the aforementioned clause with a clause that is valid and binding, which has an effect as similar as possible to the replaced one and which you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
